Embed in Google Sites

Embed a Formfacade form in Google Sites with Insert → Embed → URL — paste the Formfacade URL (no HTML snippet needed).

Quick Answer

How do I embed a Formfacade form in Google Sites?

In Formfacade, open Share → Embed, choose Embed in my Google Sites, and copy the Formfacade URL. In Google Sites, click Insert → Embed, switch to the URL tab, paste the Formfacade URL, click Next then Insert, resize, and Publish. You paste a URL — not an HTML snippet.

Google Sites embeds Formfacade through its built-in Embed tool — and here you paste a URL, not a code snippet.
