Embed in WordPress
Embed a Formfacade form in WordPress with the official Formfacade plugin β install it, run the setup wizard, and the form is placed on your page automatically. No code to copy.
Quick Answer
How do I embed a Formfacade form in WordPress?
Install the Formfacade plugin from Plugins β Add New and activate it. The setup wizard opens automatically: sign in with your Google account, pick an existing form (or paste your Google Form link / create a new one), choose the page to add it to, and click Proceed. Formfacade embeds the form on that page for you β no code to copy, and your WordPress theme styles apply automatically.
WordPress has its own Formfacade plugin, so embedding takes no code β the plugin places the form on your page for you.
Steps
Install the Formfacade plugin
In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins β Add New Plugin, search for Formfacade, click Install Now, then Activate.

Run the setup wizard and sign in
The embed setup wizard opens automatically. Sign in with your Google account and click Next.
Pick or create your form
Choose an existing form, create a new form, or copy & paste the link of the Google Form you want to embed. Click Next.
Choose the page
Select a page from the dropdown of your WordPress pages β or choose create a new page and enter a page title β then click Proceed.
Done β preview your form
Formfacade automatically embeds the form on the selected page. Preview it; your WordPress theme styles apply to the form automatically.
Manage the form later
Edit the embedded form anytime from your WordPress dashboard: Formfacade β select the form to change its fields, appearance, and thank-you message. (Deeper customization is available on paid plans.)
Prefer not to use the plugin?
You can also embed the HTML snippet from Share β Embed into a Custom HTML block β but the plugin is the simplest path on WordPress.
