Quickstart: Your First Branded Form

Go from a plain Google Form to a branded form embedded on your website with responses in Google Sheets β€” the whole Formfacade value in about 15 minutes.

Quick Answer

What can I do with Formfacade in 15 minutes?

Take any Google Form, restyle it to match your brand, embed it on your website, and analyze responses in Google Sheets β€” no code, no migration. Import your form, customize its look, grab the embed snippet, and your responses keep flowing into Google Forms and Sheets automatically.

This is the fastest way to see what Formfacade does. In about 15 minutes you'll turn a plain Google Form into a branded form on your own website β€” and your responses will land in Google Sheets just like before.

The whole value in one line:

Enhance your Google Form β†’ customize the look β†’ embed it on your site β†’ analyze responses in Sheets.

What you'll need

A Google Form you own (new or existing) and a website you can paste a snippet into. That's it β€” no code and no account migration.

The 15-minute path

Each step below is the short version. The full guide link on each one has the click-by-click screenshots when you want them.

Import your Google Form (~3 min)

Go to formfacade.com/enhance, choose Customize your Google Forms, and paste your form's responder link. Formfacade makes a managed copy β€” your original form and its responses are never touched.

Customize the look (~4 min)

In the Preview tab, pick a Minimal or Colorful theme, set your brand colors and fonts, and add your logo. Click Apply.

Embed it on your website (~3 min)

Open the Share β†’ Embed tab, pick your platform, and follow its method β€” the official plugin for WordPress, a URL for Google Sites, the embed code for Squarespace and most other sites, or the package for React. Your branded form is now live on your own site.

Analyze responses in Sheets (~5 min)

Responses collect automatically. To stream them into a spreadsheet, confirm Submit to Google Forms is on, then link the underlying form to Google Sheets. Every submission appends as a new row.

That's the whole loop

You just took a Google Form and made it a branded, embedded, analyzable experience β€” without leaving Google Forms as your data store. Everything else in these docs is depth on top of this loop.
