Share Your Form

Share a Formfacade form by link, QR code, email, or WhatsApp; turn it into a website or embed it; and manage collaborators, contacts, and prefill links.

Quick Answer

How do I share my Formfacade form?

Open the Share tab. Copy the form link or generate a QR code, or share by Email or WhatsApp with a custom message. You can also turn the form into a hosted website or embed it on your own site. The right-hand panel adds collaborators, contacts, prefill links, and a virtual email assistant.

Once your form is structured in Edit and styled in Preview & Customize, it's time to share it. The Share tab gives you several ways to get the form in front of people, plus tools for collaborators, contacts, and prefill links.

The Share via panel has five tabs:

The default tab gives you two ways to share instantly:

  • Link to form β€” your short form link (e.g. https://near.tl/sm/…), with Copy and Open.
  • QR code β€” Show, Print, or Edit a QR code for the form β€” perfect for posters, packaging, or events.

Email

Send the form to someone directly from Formfacade:

  • Pick a Mail template, set the To address and Subject, and write a Message.
  • The message supports variables like ${name} and ${prefilllink("Click here")}, and a Prefill form button to insert a prefilled link.
  • Click Send email.

Website & Embed

Two methods have their own in-depth guides:

  • Website β€” turn the form into a hosted site at near.tl/your-name. See Website Builder.
  • Embed β€” choose where the form goes (WordPress, Squarespace, Google Sites, React.js, React Native, Bootstrap, and more). Each target has its own guide in Embed & Website.

Contacts

The Contacts screen is your address book for emailing the form. Add contacts manually (Add new contact) or Import contacts, then filter and select who to send to.

Create prefill links generates a per-recipient link with fields already filled in β€” the recipient's details replace the placeholders when the email is sent. This is a feature in its own right; see Prefill & Send for the full guide.

Email to fill form

Creates a virtual email assistant β€” your business name becomes an email address (businessname@near.tl) that customers can email to receive and fill out your form.
