Home

Home opens with four cards — a snapshot of your account, each with a one-click action:

Below the cards, Frequently used lists your recent forms with their response counts and when they were last edited (View all opens the full list). At the bottom, the Need support card links you straight to Formfacade support.

Forms

Forms shows every form in your account as a card, with its title, when it was last edited, and its status (for example Active). Use the ⋮ menu on a card for more options, or click the card to open the form in the Formfacade interface, where you can edit, customize, share, and review responses.

The New Form card at the start of the grid creates a form, and shows how many more forms your plan allows.

Inbox

Inbox collects incoming responses from all your forms in one place, newest first. Each row shows who submitted, which form and response number, a preview of their answers, and the date. If you've set a custom subject in Email Notifications, it appears here too.

Responses are organized into Submitted, Completed, and Trash — the same statuses you use on a form's Responses board. Use the refresh button to check for new responses, and the arrows to page through older ones.

Contacts

Contacts lists the people you've saved, with their name, email, phone, and source — the form or forms they came from. Search by email to find someone, or use Add contact to add more. Contacts are who you send to with Prefill & Send and email campaigns.
