Prefill & Send

Generate a unique prefilled Google Form link for each contact and send it by email β€” with editable, read-only, or hidden fields, segment targeting, and delivery tracking.

Quick Answer

How do I send prefilled Google Forms to my contacts?

Use Formfacade's Prefill & Email. Go to formfacade.com/prefill, import your Google Form, then open Share β†’ Create prefill links. Fill in the values you want pre-entered for each contact, mark fields as editable, read-only, or hidden, and send the personalized links from your connected Gmail β€” to everyone or a filtered segment β€” with tracking for deliveries, submissions, and abandonment.

Prefill & Send gives every contact a form that already has their details filled in β€” then emails it to them. Respondents confirm or complete their info instead of typing it from scratch, which lifts response rates and keeps your data clean.
