Choosing Your Platform
Embed a Formfacade form on any website — WordPress, Squarespace, Google Sites, Webflow, React/Next.js, Bootstrap, and more — or host it as a standalone site. Pick the right method here.
Quick Answer
How do I embed a Formfacade form on my website?
In the Formfacade interface, open Share → Embed and pick your platform — each one works differently. WordPress uses the official Formfacade plugin and its setup wizard. Google Sites takes your Formfacade URL via Insert → Embed → URL. Squarespace, Webflow, and most other sites use a small HTML embed code pasted into a code or embed block. React and Next.js apps use the @formfacade/embed-react package.
Once your form is styled, you can put it on your own site — branded, not a plain Google Form. This page helps you pick the right method; each platform then has its own short guide.
Getting to the embed screen
There are two ways to reach the embed picker, and both land in the same place:
- Already imported your form? Open Share → Embed in the Formfacade interface.
- Starting fresh? Use the fast path at formfacade.com/embed — shown below.
Start at formfacade.com/embed
Go to formfacade.com/embed and click Import Google Form (or Create new form to build one from scratch).

Paste your Google Form link
Paste your form's link (or pick it from Drive) and click Embed my form.

Pick your platform
You land on the interface's Share → Embed screen. Choose where the form will live — Formfacade generates a snippet with your form's IDs already in it.

There are five ways to put your form on a site:
| Style | For | What you use |
|---|---|---|
| HTML snippet | Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, Bootstrap, any HTML-capable site | A <div> + <script> snippet |
| Platform plugin | WordPress | The official Formfacade plugin (no code) |
| Embed by URL | Google Sites | Paste the Formfacade URL into Insert → Embed |
| React component | React / Next.js apps | The @formfacade/embed-react package |
| Hosted website | You don't have a website | A Formfacade-hosted page at near.tl/your-name |
The HTML snippet, in shape
For non-React platforms, the snippet looks like this (yours will already contain your account and form IDs — copy it from Share → Embed, don't hand-type it):
<div id="ff-compose"></div>
<script src="https://formfacade.com/include/<your-id>/form/<your-form-id>/classic.js?div=ff-compose"></script>
Pick your platform
| Platform | Method | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress | Official Formfacade plugin (setup wizard) | WordPress |
| Squarespace | HTML snippet in a Code block | Squarespace |
| Google Sites | Insert → Embed → URL (paste the Formfacade URL) | Google Sites |
| Webflow | HTML snippet in an Embed element | Webflow |
| React / Next.js | @formfacade/embed-react package | React & Next.js |
| Bootstrap / other HTML | The HTML snippet, anywhere in your markup | use the snippet above |
| React Native app | A WebView pointing at your form URL | choose "React native" in Share → Embed |
| No website yet | Host it as a site | Website Builder |
Tip
Whatever the platform, responses keep flowing to Google Forms and Google Sheets exactly as covered in How Responses Sync.
